Second Annual National Sandwich Day Face-Off
This National Sandwich Day, we invite you to stuff your face before you stuff the ballot box!
Polls open at Chez Henri on Saturday, November 3 where one prix fixe menu pits three of the city's best sandwiches against each other in a heated race for the championship. For $42 per person, each ticket includes your choice of appetizer, an entree featuring sandwiches from All-Star Sandwich Bar, Chez Henri and Roxy's Gourmet Grilled Cheese, and dessert. At the end of your meal, stop by the ballot box to cast your vote for the best sandwich!
Ticket holders MUST call Chez Henri ASAP (and no later than Nov. 2) at 617-354-8980 to reserve their preferred time slot. Seating times are: 5:30 p.m., 7 p.m., 8:30 p.m. and 10pm

Starters (choice of):
- Crostini with Roasted Eggplant Puree, Sheeps Milk Feta and Garnished with Spicy Pickled Apricots, Micro Herbs & EVOO [ALL-STAR]
- Duck corn dogs w/ sour cherry gastrique and roasted acorn squash [ROXY'S]
- Traditional "mini" French Onion Soup- with garlic Croute and Stringy Gruyere [CHEZ]
Carnivore Entree (includes one each of the following):
- Buttermilk Cornmeal Fried Bay Scallops with Shaved Endive, Fresh Cucumber Mango Relish and Avocado Crema on a Buttered & Grilled Brioche Torpedo Roll [ALL-STAR]
- Mighty Rib Melt (2011 Sandwich Day winner) fontina, braised short rib, caramelized onion grilled cheese [ROXY'S]
- Grilled Cuban Sandwich with Slow Roasted Pork, Ham, Gruyere, Cornichon & Chipotle Aioli [CHEZ]
Vegetarian Entree (includes one each of the following):
- Smoked Mushroom & Jackfruit "VEGGIEloaf" with Sharp Cheddar, Red Fresno Chile Slaw & Mustard BBQ Sauce on Grilled Brioche Roll [ALL-STAR]
- Roasted Curried Vegetable Mac and Cheese [ROXY'S]
- Veggie Cuban with Grilled Vegetables [CHEZ]
Dessert (choice of):
- Bourbon-Pecan Cheesecake "Sandwiched" Between 2 Chocolate Chip Cookies drizzled with warm Chocolate Sauce [ALL-STAR]
- Apple Pumpkin Bread Pudding with vanilla ice cream and root beer glaze [ROXY'S]
